Any adjustments or cancellation of reservations must be done by 11:00pm 2 days prior to your departure date. Provision of refunds to clients wishing to do so after this will not be permitted. There are no refunds for same day bookings.
Diamondback Shuttle & Transportation to ensure on time service provision requests a 30 minutes check in time prior to departure time of all travelers. This is to facilitate proper securing of luggage and personal belongings as well as time to address any concerns.
Diamondback Shuttle & Transportation in order to hold any bookings require a valid credit card if conducted online or via telephone, we accept all major brands; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Cash advances for reservations are accepted at our current Tucson office (4158 E Grant Rd, Tucson AZ 85712) during opening hours.
The company unfortunately cannot hold responsibility for any personal affects left behind on shuttles. Drivers are advised to bring all items left behind by travelers to the main office and individuals may in turn contact us at 1-800-262-1517 / 520-203-7440 to determine whether their belongings are within our possession. We will definitely do all we can thereafter to get your items back to you.
Unfortunately we are only able to permit service dogs at the moment. If you will be accompanied by a service dog, let this be known to shuttle consultant when completing booking so that we may reserve a complimentary seat.
Unaccompanied travelers are welcomed for transport once parent or guardian submits a Consent for my Unaccompanied Minor form prior to departure date. A parent or guardian must check in the said unaccompanied minor at least 30 minutes prior to departure in keeping with general early check in policy as well as to confirm all travel arrangements.
In keeping with state laws and policies, Diamondback Shuttle & Transportation asks that all children- infants, toddlers and grade schoolers up to age seven be accompanied by an approved car seat while commuting on our shuttle. Parents and guardians are required to arrive ahead of departure to effectively install their own car or booster seat. We do not provide car or booster seats at the moment.
To secure your booking, we advise that customers gives at least a 1-day notice. Customers seeking to reserve seats following this will be accommodated only if availability allows.
